Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. (ADS) (NYSE: WMS), has received the
‘Above and Beyond’ award from the Ohio Employer Support of the Guard and
Reserve (ESGR). The award recognizes employers in each state who provide
their Guard and Reserve employees additional benefits beyond the minimum
requirements of the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment
Rights Act (USERRA). ADS, a leading global manufacturer of water
management products and solutions for commercial, residential,
infrastructure and agricultural applications, was one of only 35 Ohio
employers chosen from more than 1,000 nominees.

Massachusetts facility manager, David Pare, received the Massachusetts
ESGR ‘Patriot Award’. The Patriot Award was created by ESGR to publicly
recognize individuals who provide outstanding patriotic support and
cooperation to their employees.
